Patients fill out a consent form for SMS messages at their first visit and all appointments. Opt-out can be performed at any time by replying "STOP" to opt-out of text messages, by calling the clinic and informing us you wish to opt-out of text messages, or telling us in person. Standard SMS rates may apply. SMS is used to confirm appointments (message sent 3 days prior to your appointment) and after appointments to notify patients of the ability to leave reviews.
